Viral Videos

I just checked out Viral Videos and suggest that you do, too. Watch the wonderful Mr. Fred Rogers as he testifies before Congress in 1969 on the need for expanded public broadcasting funding. In our speedy times, Mr. Rogers is slow, sincere and completely compelling. He calls for his show to continue to be supported (it started with $30 of funding) explaining that his show is “a neighborhood expression of care”. On his show he says “feelings are mentionable and manageable.” Listen to him tell a poem starting with a line he heard from a child, “What do you do with the mad that you feel…”
Of course you can also see video trailers for The Da Vinci Code and watch Jessica Simpson‘s ex Nick Lachey on Ellen blithering on about nothing. Viral video says, “Bloopers, blunders, flubs and free falls — we’ve got it all.” And indeed they do. The videos are rated by the viewers and you can comment on them as well. Enjoy.
