Corporate Training and Work.
In addition to running her own media training and marketing firm for the past thirty-four years in the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley, Susan consulted for the corporate giant Pacific Bell Directory/The Yellow Pages/SBC/AT&T, throughout California. As a professionally-trained Targeted Selection Interviewer (TSI), a behavior based technique that is a standard in the Human Resources industry, Susan interviewed over 1,500 people, for positions within Pacific Bell Directory. For her work she won an award for exceptional achievement for outstanding service in recognition of her exemplary performance.
As a certified assessor she has analyzed the body language, vocabulary and selling skills of thousands of people, to determine if they are qualified sales people, She assessed applicants for everything from account collections through senior management [C-suite]. Susan also helped develop original assessments, then assisted in training mid- and upper-level managers on these processes. This experience has given her the knowledge and skill base necessary to become a skilled media trainer.

Susan has taught both tennis (she was a tennis pro for ten years at nationally recognized resorts) and high school English (at Mission High in San Francisco) using the principles of active participation as a way to learn things quickly and easily.
