People want you to make mistakes. They really love the fact that when you make mistake, they can relate to you more. Research shows that they actually like you more when you make a mistake because you are relatable. You might think it’s terribly embarrassing, but it creates a really spontaneous and exciting moment.

I remember my brother, who’s a musician, was doing a concert and the chandelier fell, almost crashing onto them right onto the floor. The crowd went crazy! And they loved the whole concert. It was one of the best concerts ever.

Being spontaneous and creating those wonderful moments is really what we want to see from you. We don’t want you to be perfect. We want to relate to you as a human.
